Situation

The Safa One residential complex is a 15-minute walk (over two bridges) from the Dubai Canal. Residents of the property have access to three major highways in the metropolis, one of which is Sheikh Zayed Road, allowing them to move quickly to any point in the city. The distance to the coast is about 10 minutes by car. The international airport is about 15 minutes away.

Public transport includes busy bus lines and several metro stations. It is definitely a perfect option for foreigners who are looking for a seaside property.
